Here is something I think most here may be interested in.
GCHQ is recruiting spies (AKA cyber-security peoplez). And whilst the majority of you are probably american you may want to try this challenge they set up.
It took me a few days but it was fun to do.

It starts by having you make sense of a bunch of hexadecimal codes, there are 3 stages in total and from what I've seen from everyone here this should seem like an crossword to you guys!
