Yep, this game has been in development for quite a long time. Back when I was much younger (14-16 years old), I was much more active in the Dreamcast scene. I used to talk to the developers on DCemulation's forums.

Sort of reminds me of Combat Cars for the Genesis. Minus the oil slicks and missiles of course.

Daayum, they're going retro as hell if their screen resolution is 320x240. I wonder if they're using paletted graphics and the whole 9 yards.
